When you are in distress, it is our chief priority to help you in any way that we possibly can and as quickly as possible. We are committed to arriving on site within two hours of being contacted. We will assess and evaluate the problem, form a plan of action, and begin the restoration process upon contractual agreement with the client.
Highly trained and competent employees will inventory and assess each item in your home. Each individual content will be listed by room, restoration process, and box it which it is packaged.
Anything that requires off-site restoration will be carefully packaged using the proper materials. It is important to us that your possessions encur no further damage, so the necessary precautions are taken when packaging and transporting all contents to and from our facility.
Our storage and restoration facilities are climate controlled and contain 24 hour surveillance. In addition to 25 years of experience and highly trained employees, we have state of the art cleaning equipment including: an ultrasonic system, deodorization chambers, and air scrubbing equipment.
Upon the completion of the restoration process, our team will professionally package your belongings and return them to the job site. All of your items will be boxed by room and returned with an inventory list detailing the contents of each individual box.
